The Gouache Binder for the Arts is a grinding binder used to prepare matte, opaque gouache. Once the gouache has been prepared by grinding the pigment, it can be piped into tubes or left to dry and stored in small containers (or other vessels, such as seashells). Once properly prepared, your gouache can be applied as a wash or in thick layers, allowing you to create large, uniform areas of color as well as highly detailed work.

Directions for Use: Application: Stir well before use. Mix with properly prepared pigments (ground in an aqueous medium). The prepared gouache can be stored in a tube or left to dry in a container (such as a shell or other suitable vessel). Clean equipment with water.

Precautions for Use: Do not freeze; store in a frost-free place. Do not use at temperatures below 8°C or above 40°C.
