The inks from Les Arts de l'Artisan Pastellier allow artists to create calligraphy and watercolor works using original and authentic color pigments. Genuine dyer’s pastel blue (Isatis tinctoria) is obtained by fermenting the leaves of this plant, which gave rise to the legend of the Land of Cockaigne. Dyer’s madder, woad, and walnut.
